"Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! "

"Nobody there - place was deserted despite advising we would be arriving around 8pm having driven to Bordeaux from London. Nobody answered my calls - unbelievable. Stuck in the dark in the middle of nowhere. Hotels.com found us another room so we checked in after 10pm. Totally exhausted and frustrated. I don’t understand why they didn’t call me to see where we were - especially as we advised our late arrival. Maybe somebody should remind this place who the customer is, especially at this time of...
