Welcome to Jettyview Beach House! Get ready for endless days of sun-kissed skin, sandy toes, and crashing waves, as this home-away-from-home is mere steps from the beach! Though you will have warm sand right at your fingertips, this home is in a perfect location to check out the vibrant city of Surfside Beach and all of the shops and restaurants that make this coastal town special. If you do end up getting a bit sandy, the outdoor shower is ready to assist in rinsing off, and the private washer and dryer have you covered with keeping your favorite swimsuits clean. Any downtime spent at home base will be a treat with two furnished decks, one on each level, so reminisce with loved ones while sipping a glass of wine. When the sun starts to go down, the firepit offers plenty of seating for the whole family, and there is no better place to tell favorite memories than that! Don't forget to bring the pups along too, as this home is dog-friendly!

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was an exceptional property. Except, the water conditions made the whole house continue to smell like a fart. Something is not right with the water in that house. I had someone rent a house a block over… their water didn’t smell at all. We made local friends on the island. They said our water was not normal. Other than that the property was great! We just never get clean. That’s a big problem for a large family.

Had issue with outlets - it was fixed eventually. But mgmt company would tell us one thing and something different would happen. Maintenance came by to repair twice but were never told/updated before they came. Be sure to bring trash bags and laundry soap (both were out for our stay). If you have a dog, there are stickers in yard. Accurate pictures. If in Surfside would go to same property.

Cute! Homey! Wonderful!
The house was neat and tidy. The photos did not do justice to the lovely outdoor areas. The owners provided much more than expected- beach toys, chairs, snacks, etc. The neighboring homes were clean and peaceful. The beach was 2 blocks away. It probably would have been an easy walk, but we used our side by side. The entire transaction was simple and smooth. We had a great trip.

Great location and neighborhood, quiet and close to the beach. Beds were super comfy. Could have been a little cleaner-furniture needs shampooed/replaced in the living room as it is stained and smells bad. There were large balls of pet hair on the floor, some left over streamers hanging on the curtain rod, chairs at the island counter had something spilled in them, the dishes we used all had to be re-washed as they still had food dried on them. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels, laundry room with complimentary detergent was nice. Wide variety if dishes available. Propane grill was nice, Blackstone available but it was extremely dirty. Nice view, able to watch the ships come in and out from the deck, over all it was a nice place to stay.

Great place for family!
Great stay for us all week! Had an issue with grill was quickly resolved! They brought us a charcoal grill (granted, I had to put it together). Fire pit is awesome and so relaxing. Location is great for off the beaten path. You can also see the big tanker ships coming in and out of channel port! Beach is close! House was clean, and AC was nice and cold. Wifi was a tad slow and erratic, but the entire stay was overall very nice!

Variety is key
This location is a walk away from the inlet, beach, and entertainment. You can see ships traversing the inlet from the balconies. A semi private beach is just down the street. There is a restaurant across the street and a covered fire pit for entertainment. This place has it all.

This is a really cute place!
This house was the perfect spot for our fishing weekend. The house is well decorated, very clean and well stocked. It’s close to the jetty and a few fun little restaurants. The patios and the fire pit are great. Bring bug spray and basic groceries - there are two small covienent stores nearby but need to head inland for a larger store.
