"The apartment is, as advertised, a very attractive basement apartment. Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall."

"Great little spot, easy access walking to everything downtown. Place was tidy, host was friendly and responsive and check in process was simple. Host sent a guide beforehand which was very helpful- numbers for local cabs, restaurant recommendations, points of interest etc. overall great stay and great price!"
