"Lovely hotel and nice spacious room, comfy beds and great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here longer when back this way. Loved the pool area and hot tub. If you have a car, there is a charge of 15 NZ dollars a night for the car park. Not necessarily a negative but there is nowhere else nearby to park your car so it’s just something to factor in. "

"Friendly welcome from reception staff. Very helpful. Room was good size and had everything that you required. Exceptional view. Restaurant was fully booked so recommend that you book in advance. However we were accommodated in the bar lounge. Good choice of wine and bar snacks that sufficed as an evening meal. Comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with lovely toiletries. Again book the hot soak tubs in advance. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and again great service. "

"This is primarily a young persons hang out. Lots of young adults that stay out late and party (off premises). We had a problem the first night with noise but the staff was amazing and upgraded us to a larger and quieter room. We are very grateful and after the first night, we had an amazing time. "

"Exceptional place to stay - room spacious and wonderful view of the lake. It has a steep hill to walk up from the town centre - but not bad. Did expect the rooms to be serviced for the price you pay to stay? "

"The property is nice and clean. It is only one km away from the city center which is very convenient. Most rooms have a view of the Wakatipu lake which is beautiful. The hotel has no lift so it will difficult for older people with heavy luggage. "

"Great location for a fantastic view of the lake! Easy to find on main road into Queenstown. Large spacious room, quiet and clean. Fully self contained apartments, great for families. Parking out front. Located about 5kms from Queenstown centre, so we had a car but also local bus stop right out front. Best view of the lake and long walking track along the front of the apartments. Wine bar close by and pop up brewery. 2kms to other large shopping complex and not far from airport. We would definitely stay here again! "
