"This cabin is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a secluded, cozy cabin with views you won't get tired of, this is your place. We will definitely try to make it back again in hopes that we can enjoy the porch more and maybe see some wildlife (turns out they don't like the drenching rain any more than we do). Our recent trip was during what was called "Generational Storms and Flooding", and while it made it very wet outside, the cabin was nice and dry. We figured there must be a generator as we lost power for a few seconds multiple times during these storms, but everything came back on quickly. We had anticipated we may not want to go back into town as it was a bit of a drive along very steep and winding roads, so we loaded up on some groceries and cooked our dinners and breakfasts in the cabin kitchen. Everything we needed was provided for cooking some basic meals. It was great to have a full-size refrigerator and stove/oven, especially since we could not use the grill outside.We took the opportunity to kick-back, relax and watch some Netflix in this cozy cabin."

"Perfect little cabin on the river. Listing had everything that was listed. I had several pretty chilly nights and it had adequate heat to keep me warm! Plenty of cookware. Rather large kitchen for a cabin this size. From my understanding the owners live next door to the property, but they never once botbered me which is nice! Easy to get in and out. Road is a little bumpy in/out but any vehicle can make it. Would love to stay again in the summer so i can enjoy the outdoor seating and river more!"

"Although the staff was great, the property is old and tired. The attempt to update falls short, very short. TV did not work. Shower was barely warm. Tile floor (entire floor) was dirty (not easy to keep clean). Again, not the fault of Staff, property is just worn out!"
