"The owner of hotel is super helpful and his team also looks very happy and pleased to help us.Breakfast selection is ok but not worthy for 20 Euro (if you consider there is no hot dishes , you should request it) . If you have a heavy luggage, you should carry on a few stairs to up after that there is elevator . But it is not accesibble for disabled person . "Property was nice it was furnished well and had good location. My room didn’t have air-conditioning so it was extremely stuffy and I had issues sleeping. There was a fan provided but it wasn’t the quietest. Bed was comfy though. Although slightly confused I got a single duvet for a double bed. "

"The hotel looks like a tiny hamlet of old farm buildings which have recently been renovated. A definite rustic feel to it. Parking is 100 m in front of the hamlet. Hotels.com failed to list this hotel as having a restaurant. As such I ate junk food on the way to the hotel, only to find the perfect restaurant for me. "Amazing hotel. Renovated modern within the old building. Sitting on the castle grounds but hot within the castle walls. Easy access to the city center and the castle itself, which is amazing. "The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Television channels were lacking although coming to Bad Nauheim is more about getting around and not sitting around. If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key. "This property exceeded my expectations. Extremely nice facility’. The room was equipped with everything you could hope for and more. Only downside was the hard mattress. The front desk staff were amazing, so was the lobby. There is a free coffee and tea set up, a lovely view. The restaurants very nice as well."

"We had a lovely view from the balcony of our room of the surrounding urban area with a view of the Dom. It was fairly central to the city and just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. It was clean with nice amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Marta, the concierge, is a lovely person, friendly, and so very helpful. "

Wonderful boutique hotel

"The Ruby Louise is a boutique design hotel with nice sized rooms, comfy beds and a 24 hour bar which also serves as a check in area. There is a wonderful outdoor terrace as well which looks like it would be greatly enjoyed in warmer weather. It's very centrally located right behind the Madison Avenue of Frankfurt and a short walk to the more reasonably priced shopping streets and historic center with all its classic cafes and heritage buildings. Highly recommend!"

"My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was "out of sight". So many selections and a juicer with fresh fruit to make your own drink. And their other meal options were good as well. (Especially important to me because my daughter is a vegetarian and gluten intolerant). We stayed there on our arrival into Germany and our departure. Finally the location was great, walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof."
