"Lovely property. The room was clen and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and lovely to walk around. It is hard to park nearby but you can park closer to the centre of the town. "This is a small hotel, on the beach front with an excellent help your self buffet restaurant. Staff were welcoming, very friendly. Room was basic but bed comfortable, ample supplies including water. "The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and all spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go and to the tram station. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is not a typical Spanish hotel , it has more of a North American vibe."

Exactly what we needed

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. It is also in a very close proximity of two big shopping centres and a variety of restaurants, grill bars and coffee and snacks places Our room was on the first floor, cleaned every morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We found it a good value for our money."
