There was no information given regarding the cleaning or restocking of the room. We left our room early on the first day for sight-seeing, left a gratuity for the housekeepers. Returned about 3:30 p.m. Nothing had been done to our room, except the dirty towels had been removed, as well as the gratuity! No clean towels or cups, extra coffee, etc. had been placed. When I called and reported it, I was told that they had many people checking out, so they hadn't got to our room. I went to the housekeeper on our floor and requested clean towels, which she gave me. If we had been told that no cleaning service was available, at least we would have known what to expect. The next day, our bed was made, and clean towels were put out. Still no coffee replaced.
