"We stay for 2 days and the location is good. Parking is behind the building at NY prices but its nice to have the car right behind the building. The apartmenta needs a little bit of maintenance and the TV was broken when we checked in. "

"My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!"

"This apartment was perfect!! The unit has everything needed, it was clean, and the location couldn’t be better. The setup in the apartment was spacious & very comfortable. The heat & hot water worked well. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, anything you can think of. Super close to the subway and easily walkable to Times Square and other popular places. The host communicated as soon as we booked, a few days before, and on the day of. I was unfamiliar with the subway system...

"May’s home was perfect for our short visit to attend an event at the Javits Center. The two bedroom, two bathroom split plan was perfect for two couples traveling together and the views from this apartment are incredible. Location was close to many great restaurants and the surrounding area felt walkable and safe. Check in and out were very easy and uncomplicated. "

"This apartment was incredibly quiet and well-located. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the express line, making it super easy to get around. Having a supermarket right next door was extremely convenient. The kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, even though I didn’t cook during my stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"Loved the location, super clean, easy check in and out. great space/size, unbelievable views! Host response was great. One note: one bedroom the heat was "iffy" and had to use a space heater. I think that should be mentioned in the listing, especially in January and especially if traveling with young kids. Neighborhood was great - loved Black Seed Bagel right around the corner. And Oscar Wilde is so close, a holiday must see!"

"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."
