The host was very accommodating and helpful and the building itself is a real pain with how the elevators and the keys were Etc but the host makes up for it

Beautiful & impeccably clean hotel close to several event venues, such as the Coca-Cola Coloseum, BMO Field, Budwiser Stage, etc. We stayed for a concert & was pleasantly surprised at how close, safe & easy it was to walk to the venue. The staff at check in and check out were very perceptive, welcoming, warm & efficient. There is indoor self parking for approx $35 and valet for approx $50. Our room was on the 18th floor, was clean, contained 2 very comfortable beds and had a beautiful view of the CN tower. The room also contained a coffee maker, mini-fridge and automated blackout curtains. The only downside was that you could hear people walking and talking in the hall. As our room was close to the elevators, it was quite loud when groups would meet by them in the evening & even the next morning before checkout. There are also many activities to do within the hotel such as the movie theater, gallery, workout facility & spa. As our stay was only for only 1 night we did not get to experience them all but will gladly stay again in the future.
