"I had a great experience at this hotel. I was on a phone call regarding a family emergency when checking in. The front desk was very understanding and checked me in without interrupting. When I got to my room I was surprised by an upgrade from a deluxe room to a suite. The hotel was very clean and quiet."

"Very cool, chic hotel, literally across the street from a whiskey distillery, if that's why you're in town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great deal. Definitely stay again "

One thing to mention, there was no way to use the streaming service in the room. They used an obscure service that no one could figure out, Not even the hotel could help, a bit frustrating. When I called to ask for help the staff was also a bit stand offish and somewhat rude. The hotel was really very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable, our only issue was the streaming. "
