"Good location. Walking distance to a few supermarkets. About 2 minutes walk to a really nice beach. On a bus route. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold and opened at 6:00 until 10:00. Be aware the bottled water in the room is not free. Construction meant there were some disruptions. Also, the slow-close doors need to be adjusted to avoid the disruptive slamming that occurs at late and early hours. "

"The hotel itself is excellent. As soon as you step outside you’re risking your life. Filthy dirty, loaded with homeless people doing very obscene things on the street, lots of beggars. "

"The location is perfect because the Metro is near by, you can go to the Aterro do Flamengo beach without car, the breakfast is amazing, full of options. The most important is the staff, they are nice, kind and professional! I love it my staying there and I really recommend it!"

"The staff were great. Housekeeping was good as well plus the location was central. The gym is not exactly functional because of the old and broken equipments. The bathroom tiles could use some fresh grout in certain areas and silicone replacement for the edges."

"The service at this hotel was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning service. Even when they're a little issues the front desk is on it and solving it. You have a lot of hotels that are good when there are no problems but how are they if there's an issue and in this hotel is no problem cuz they handle them. Their maintenance staff is on point"

"I have stayed over 30 times and its a great place with convenient location to restaurants, shopping galore and great views of Copacabana Beach. It has a recently remodeled rooptop infinity pool and solarium. Now, the breakfast buffet auditorium is a disaster. The hotel is always full so breakfast areas are jammed packed and the buffet is mainly at one wall. They should consider having 2 main areas (one being the present wall and the back wall) and 2 separate satellite for breads, cold cuts, juices. I'm telling you, on our last day there must have been 500 people inside. We turned around and went and had breakfast at a local restaurant close by. It was way too crowded. It's a shame"
