"This cottage is just as described. New appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels, two king beds with excellent mattresses, and a large back yard with lounge chairs, a grill and comfy screened porch. Contact with and instructions from the hostess were outstanding. Easy walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants. "

"The location was near the beach, but in a quieter neighborhood. The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Property manager was quick with responses to questions and reached out to check on us after we checked in."

"Everything was good. I would rent here again. The only thing i have comment on is both bedding and all the towels were very damp/wet. We spent the first day drying everything. Not a real big issue but wasn't something i really wanted to do my firstday"

"We had a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. This was a perfect location between the fields and the beach. The house was nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for our use! It was a little cool for the screened in porch but that was a very nice area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the items. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive in answering questions. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced. "
