Boa localização e boa praia
Localização boa, uma quadra da praia e fica em frente a um mercado, por ser uma região bem isolada o fácil acesso ao mercado ajuda, não tem recepção , e o flat em geral precisa de manutenção , roupa de cama estavam limpas e o apto também mas algumas coisas podem ser melhoradas como pintura, cheiro dos quartos etc. Tv nao funcionava também e chuveiro só um funcionando.

Otimo ap. com vista pro mar
Local simples, espaco amplo e aconchegante. Roupas de cama,coberta e toalhas limpinhas. Ap. Completo pra cozinhar , geladeira otima. Quarto com ar condicionado. Tem espeto pra churrasco!! *Faltam alguns detalhes de manutencao e um ventilador ou ar na sala pra dias mais quentes😉. Bem proximo a praia e ao mercado.

Manutenção urgente para o Aguas Claras
Pontos positivos : localização bem próxima ao mar e apartamento espaçoso. Pontos Negativos: Nao possiu servico de limpeza, nao possui funcionário a disposição para resolvermos os problemas. As trocas de toalhas e roupas de cama não aconteceram pois nao tinham recebido roupas da lavanderia. Apenas conseguimos uma única troca de toalhas em nossa estadia . Pia da cozinha com vazamentos, fogão sujo, alguns móveis quebrados, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico estragados, assento sanitário quebrado, lâmpadas queimadas. Será necessário uma boa manutenção para ficar um apartamento agradável.
