Had a really nice stay here while visiting for the Manchester Animation Festival. Room was comfy & stylish, staff were lovely & the breakfast was great. It’s in a very convenient location for getting to many central locations. I’d definitely stay here again.

Umar has been the best host, I will be returning to this property again, all rooms were excellent and the lounge area was exceptional. I’m glad we found this apartment!!! And thank you once again umar!!!

I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. Overall the property was clean, however had a few minor defects: - towel with holes and stain on them - mild stains on the bedsheet - stain on the carpet near the bed - washer detergent feeder has a lot of residue from previous stay. - dish washer has residue from previous stay - it had a funky smell when we first opened it It would be better if: - there were instructions for check-in, but it would be better if there's a diagram or pictures for reference. Locating the key pad on the handle took a little bit of figuring out. - there's paper towel provided for the kitchen/ living area - car park next to the property/ loading area to transport luggages - if parking is included with the stay. Currently it's additional £15 per night. We parked across the street which is free and no time limit. - provide the qr code to garbage disposal directions. It is hard to find that info in the guide book
