"Amazing stay - penthouse apartment with incredible views and incredible space. Lovely staff. Building is right on the slopes. Pool and spa area lovely after a day of skiing. Well equipped gym. And a playroom. A few mins walk to restaurants and supermarket. Worked well for a family with skiers and non skiers (and a toddler). Could do with a few more hooks for the various towels and bathrobes!"

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"The apartment was clean and well equipped . It has plenty of space (we only used two bedrooms for a family of four) . The owner responded very promptly to any queries and was very helpful . The complex itself is excellent with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool etc . The link down to the centre of Flaine is v easy and quick (ten minutes or so) via the free bus , which runs frequently. Intermediate skiers can ski down , if there is enough snow."
