"I really liked my room however it was in building two which required me to climb 76 steps from the reception area to the pool area. The pool was beautifully but it was too cold to swim in. It should have been heated in December. The pools sit in the shade all day, so I was surprised that they were not heated. Lavern and Rhonda were two of the nicest receptionist I have had in a while. "Review: We had an amazing experience at Shore Club—this was our fourth trip, and it just keeps getting better! This time, we invited friends and traveled as a group of four adults and two kids. "Great location, beautiful pool, The French restaurant is excellent; the room is very spacious. A few cons: there is a Nespresso machine, but the pods are only provided if requested (we had to request twice and it took more than a day to get them). "I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation.
