"We stayed in the King Studio Suite. Great location and clean room. For future travelers staying in the Studio Suite, note that while the room details suggest a microwave is included in the room, we found that the unit did not have one. I would call the property directly and ask if your room has one if you are planning on using one. Wish we would've known that before buying a bunch of microwavable foods to save money only to find out there wasnt one. Other than that issue we enjoyed our...

"It was actually better than I expected, I Hop restaurant out front but lots of eating options within a short drive or even walking. Near Universal in Orlando. Quiet but I was on the fourth floor, the top. Surrounded by big resorts, this was a great budget travel inn."

"This hotel did not offer anything grand. What I did like is that it is walking distance from Universal Studios and Island's of Adventure theme parks. It offers a FREE shuttle ride to these themes in the early morning and in the early pm as well. It serves It's purpose if your days are spent at the theme parks. "

"I loved how close we were to Universal parks/City Walk. I also loved the amenities provided at the hotel such as pool, splash pad, lazy river and slide as well as arcade and bowling alley. I didn't like the check in process, it was a long wait just to check in(I understand it was spring break which tends to be extra busy in Florida, but I feel like it could be more streamlined, felt underwhelmed compared to check in process at Disney hotels). The staff was wonderful though, Meredith, who checked me in was really nice/helpful and even upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise."
