The main part of the hotel seemed lovely. The bar and decor was very nice. We were however really disappointed to not actually be staying in the main hotel, but an annex over the road, which we didn’t even realise was an option. The room was accessible only by very steep stairs. The room was again nicely presented but tiny.
Felt it wasn’t worth the money we paid for it if I’m honest. Staff seemed nice enough but being in the annex we only saw them at check in.
The location was the best thing about the hotel, especially for the Christmas market.
If I’d known which room we’d have been in though, i would have booked somewhere else.
