"We stayed for 10 days at this gem of a property. Although it is set away from the main cities, it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. From a lovely open plan terrace, good sized pool to the bonus of aircon in every bedroom. The fortuna baths in the main town was a great find as well as the large pool at the top of the hill within the urbanizaciones. We had a lovely time, thank you."

"Stunning villa and very clean we were met by Christians sister in law to hand over the keys the villa was lovely and clean. It could almost be two flats as downstairs has 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a mini kitchen no cooking facilities but houses the washing machine and american style fridge with ice and cold water very nice in the heat ! Upstairs has a big double bedroom en suite and living room separate dining room and the full kitchen with fridges, oven, hob and dishwasher. all high quality....

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hermosa. Host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa is set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by distant mountains, is fully equipped and very close to the Spa. If the timing allows, visit the market in Fortuna, on Saturday, to get a choice of fresh produce. There’s also a supermarket near the Market for additional items. Spa is great and well worth taking advantage. We will definitely be coming...

Downpoints: * only toilets in the badrooms * There was nog big coffeemachine (for a group of 18 that is a problem). There used to be one but apperently it was broken and not replaced. * Only one basic towel per person is basic for a 5 day stay. A big + small one would have been nices. "The accommodation meets all expectations. The villa is amazing, much better than what appears in the photos. It is a very large villa space, with all kinds of amenities. The pool is a joy and perfect size. The barbecue area is very well equipped. The house is fully equipped. You feel at home at all times. The host of the villa is very friendly and ensures that his guest enjoys the best possible stay. We were 7 people and we all left very happy. We will return without a doubt!"

"The villa had everything you'd need for a relaxing break. Lesley and Warren were on hand if you needed anything and gave good advice for eating out,shopping and sightseeing. Fantastic pool and well kept property. Definitely need a car, as to eat out , shopping and sightseeing are a short drive away, but we mainly prepared our own food at the villa. We all had a lovely family holiday."

"Comms with the property rep were very good and check in was easy. Location is perfect overlooking the main square But, inside there were several issues such as water leaking from the top bathroom into the bathroom underneath, light switches that were counterintuitive to say the least, a lovely looking jetted tub which the jets didn’t work in, and a funky smell from the dishwasher area - that added up to us not being able to strongly recommend this.
