"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"The owner is super communicative and the setup is perfect for a short stay, economical and organized. "

"Asha's accommodations were perfect for a quick visit to Seattle. The space was clean, there were enough amenities for food & bev without a full kitchen, nice toiletries available for use, and plenty of towels to use for the shower and hot tub. Ty for a wonderful stay!"

"A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "A lovely place in quiet local neighborhood. Thoughtful attention to detail, from the artwork throughout to the bathroom and kitchen extras. So much close by to do, so little time to explore--this time. We will be back!"
