You will have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage attached to The Dickson building. A fob will be provided to access the building. A key will be provided to access the condo.

This unit is located on Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located on Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances!
As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.
