「Really great room for the price, with soft and harder chairs and a good sized desk for working; Bathroom was well appointed with large walk in shower cubicle and plenty of towels on a heated rail; Tea / coffee, etc, supplied on a tray and a small fridge provided for personal use with 'top up' supplies provisioned in a cupboard on the landing; Room was very quiet regarding adjacent rooms but some road noise, etc, apparent for road-facing rooms; Car parking for approx 6 vehicles in a private...

Beautifulmbig bedroom with all those little touches and sweet garden. Staff really helpful about leaving the car there after checkout and having a friend over for coffee. Breakfast was incredible…I want to come back!!!」

「The Brewers Arms has large, comfortable rooms, nicely decorated and maintained. It's a historic building so corridors are narrow, stairs are steep, doorways low and there's a bit of road noise through single glazed windows, but it is a charming pub with great beers and food and excellent staff.」

「イギリスの宿はこんな感じだろうな、という想像通りの宿でした。 良くも悪くも適当です。 メインはパブで、宿がおまけで付いているという感じです。 アメニティはシャンプー石鹸含め一切ありません。部屋についても、ついたら掃除するからちょっとまってね、と掃除しはじめたくらいです。 ただマスターも物凄くいい人でしたし部屋をなぜか？料金変わらず二つにしてくれたりしました。 ちなみに、wi-fi有料、イングリッシュブレックファースト無料となっておりますが、wi-fi無料のイングリッシュブレックファーストが有料でした。 ま、朝なぜか時間になってもマスターが現れず、朝飯は食べれず鍵と手紙を残して帰りましたが…(⌒-⌒; )」

「Lovely to see a proper village pub so busy on a couple of weekday nights in Mid-January. And quite rightly so - friendly staff, friendly locals and friendly guests. Breakfasts were great, dinners delicious and very reasonably priced (wife said the Rib-eye steak was the best 'pub steak' shed ever had and my chicken goujons were fantastic. 」
