Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix. location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking. "The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"We have stayed here many times and love the location. This particular unit could have used a bit more in the kitchen like a second mug. No big deal but it would make a difference. Our bedroom light blew out and it was fixed right away. The advantages outweigh the few disadvantages in terms of kitchen supplies."

"Super convenient location on Jaffa Street/Center on the light rail route. Clasoe to Mamilla and Old city, 2 stops on lightrail to Machane Yehuda. Extremely comfortable bed. Towels are a bit scratchy and no body lotion amenity but that seems to be standard in Israel. There is construction (as there is everywhere but windows keep most of the noise level at bay. I did not partake in the breakfast which is supposed to be great. "

"This amazing opulant hotel is steeped in history. Many world leaders & famous celebrities have stayed here over the years. The interior lounge and dinig areas are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, & the amenities are of a very high standard. Wonderful buffet breakfast, sumotuous, served by friendly professional staff. I would like to Helda & Nizar for their cheerful pleasant manner & helpful service. A wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the old city, the Mamilla Mall, and parks. "

"Outside of the one parking guard who thinks that guests are subkecy yo her whims, the rest of the staff were excellent as were the facilities; however, I was surprised that there were no separate swimming hours for men and women and so I could not avail myself of the pool. Hope to go back"
