Perfectly designed for late risers, the sleeping area is accented by an elegant antique solid wood bed. Complete with his and hers closets, full ensuite bathroom, sitting room, and streaming tv, the Innkeeper Suite at the Brownstone Inn is the perfect choice for your next trip to Eureka Springs.

In Room Mini Refrigerator, Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

Common Area Deck, Parlor, and Dining Room.

The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn.

A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. Please feel free to help yourself at the self service coffee and tea station in the kitchen. On any of Eureka Springs' abundant sunny days, enjoy the breeze, shade, and floral gardens from our expansive deck and outdoor seating area.

Cozy Retreat
We loved our two night stay at the Brownstone Inn! It was in a perfect location - a short drive to downtown Eureka. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the Inn was set in a beautiful location! We would definitely go back!

My boyfriend and I regularly come to Eureka Springs, however booking an impromptu weekend trip had us looking for something a bit more affordable than the main hotels in town that we usually stay in. This place was perfect! Can’t believe the price. Felt more like a studio apartment then a hotel room and was awesome having the extra space. The common area upstairs is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you want. They even provided complementary baked goods in the kitchen. The building itself is gorgeous and peaceful surrounded by well thought out landscaping and views. We will definitely be back.
