Great mountain location in the heart of elk country. Five minutes to downtown Estes & less than a mile from Rocky Mountain National Park. Spread out in this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex. Enjoy the views from the large windows and relaxing deck.
This unit, with updated mountain decor, offers sleeping for 8 guests and riverfront access for fishing and recreation.
Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or grill outside in the fresh mountain air. Wifi included.
During winter months, the sloped driveway can be slick after snow storms. There is a barrel of salt up by the entrance of the complex that will help you get traction if spread out on the driveway.

Riverfront Views Can’t Be Beat
Our overall stay at this property was wonderful! The views of the river can’t be beat. We had a few small technical problems with the property that detracted from our stay (dishwasher not working, lights not working) but loved our visit to Estes otherwise!

Great location, great house!
We loved staying here on our family vacation! The river going through the back yard was our favorite. Everything in the house was very well-stocked, from the kitchen, to the laundry, and everything in-between. We cooked all our suppers in the kitchen, and never were in need of any of the essentials. The ONLY minor downfall we could think of was that the master bed (box springs) was very creaky. Otherwise, it was completely perfect!

What a wonderful place! The property was lovely, and well appointed in all ways. Most enjoyable to us was the lovely setting and beautiful surroundings, with the river and lots of wildlife to enjoy. Inside, everything was high end, from furnishings to kitchen items and dinnerware. We had a real feeling of privacy, and yet the location offers easy access to all the attractions. Such an easy place to enjoy, with no disappointments at all.

Heaven on a River
Beautiful home - spacious, very clean, comfortable. The setting is perfect and the river just beyond the deck is beautiful. We caught fish from it and let the music of the water sing us to sleep at night. A really wonderful house that is better in person than the listing would imply. We visited the RMNP both days of our trip, poked around the town, and spent an evening at the Stanley Hotel. This home was fabulous and in a perfect spot for all our good times.

We had a great time at this property and the view and sounds from the Fall River were fantastic. Spent a lot of time on the deck just enjoying it all. Saw elk, deer, wild turkeys and of course hummingbirds! Kitchen and grill were great to accommodate our cooking needs. The place is lovely. Already hoping to return soon!

very nice
it was very nice and quiet and cozy. the only downside is that despite having dvd players, the main tv didn't actually connect to the dvd player so we (5 people) had to watch movies in the main bedroom which was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was very lovely :) we also made a little pie and it was very nice having the tools available in the kitchen for that

What a beautiful condo and great location to enjoy the east side of RMNP. We slept with the windows open to enjoy the sounds of the river flowing in the backyard. You'll enjoy watching the elk from the back deck. Falls River entrance was only a mile away making it super convenient. We saw lots of moose , elk, and a few bighorn sheep.

Truly Amazing Experience!
This Exceptional property was nestled in the stunning mountains of Estes Park, in a quiet area with tall pine trees and a stream flowing right out front. The deck out back faced the mountains with a grill to cook on and the scenery was beautiful! This cabin home surpassed my expectations and I couldn't have been more delighted! My brother and his best friend and my sister and I had the time of our lives! There was a cozy fireplace in the living room and the couch and chairs were so comfortable. It was very clean and it had everything you could ever need. If you want to get away with family and friends, this is the PERFECT place to be! The owner was fantastic and responded to any questions I had very quickly. She was a delight to work with. Thank you so much Crystal! We will definitely be returning to your beautiful mountain cabin! I'm so thrilled I found this place!
