"We loved our trip. The cottage is beautifully done and the views incredible. We appreciated the hospitality extended by our host (and Nico the dog!) and enjoyed exploring the nearby woodland. Our kids are already asking if we can go back and visit again. "

"This was a great spot to stay with my wife, another couple, and my dog! The house is small - especially downstairs. But it is extremely well thought out and space is used as effectively as can be. Upstairs had 2 good sized bedrooms with king beds and a nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower. The house is located in a small, cute, and a bit of an unusual neighborhood. Very quiet. Claude was very kind when I called him with questions and the water and fruit on the kitchen table was a nice touch. "The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the beach pass, as we drove ~3 min to the beautiful water in the morning. The amenities were absolutely gorgeous and beyond functional. Plenty of bathrooms, showers, sinks, sitting areas, etc. for our party. We had a wonderful stay!"

"We all liove the various Connecticut shore towns, and Ild Lyme was delightful. We revisited some favorite spots, and discovered a few new ones. The vintage appliances were particularly nice to find, and looking at old photos, we realized that the original cottage was really 100 years old!"

"We stayed for our annual Columbus Day weekend away with a group of 9 friends. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the game room in the evenings - all the games were in excellent condition and everything was in working order (which has not usually been the case at other vacation rentals we have been to). We were lucky enough to have beatiful fall weather all weekend, so we could enjoy the lovely back yard. We made use of the gas grill, watch a playoff game...

"This was such a central location for my East coast family to meet up. Perfect lodging for folks coming from lots of different areas and spatial needs. We had a lovely time going to the farm stand and made a beautiful meal from the produce we picked up. Thanks for an amazing stay! "

"The cottage was adorable and beautifully and comfortably furnished and appointed. We had a last-minute change to our reservation and the owner was very helpful in accommodating us, as well as guiding us to the property which was a little tricky to find. We had everything we needed including fresh fruit to our preference. Only wish the bathroom were a little bigger."
