"Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. "Everything about the stay was exactly as described. To be honest, the photo's don't do the apartment justice. Great sea views and looks straight over the pool. Location great for a short stroll into town. Great layout, very clean on arrival and Xisca responded to any questions we had before we went. We were even allowed a late check out as no one was arriving the day we left. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....
