Please note that 2 out of 3 floors is the rental property. On the lower floor of the house is another apartment and there can live other guests. These 2 apartments are absolutely independent from each other, they have separate entrances and terraces.

The house is located in Ververonda area 5 minutes from the center of Porto Heli with all amenities: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarkets pharmacy, port and etc. One of the best beaches in Ververonda is just a few minutes away, there you can find various water sports such us diving, snorkeling, water-ski, windsurfing, sailing. A 10 minutes drive is the port of Costa, from where you can reach the famous and cosmopolitan island of Spetses. Also nearby are the beautiful villages of Kilada and Ermioni, from where you can get to the picturesque island of Hydra.
