"We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice...

"My family and I stayed up here for a long weekend over Christmas. Right up front, the property managers were excellent with communication, often getting back to me within 5 or 10 minutes. The property is gorgeous and has access to a ton of walking trails. We even spent one evening at the nearby roller skating place, the Rollerena. What a great time, a beautiful part of the state, and a gorgeous property."

"Loved the location. It’s very private with a huge yard. It’s really nice the owner can provide firewood (small fee) and there are tongs to make s’ mores. All the basic supplies were there- toliet paper and dish soap. Basic kitchen spices, too. The bed we picked wasn’t great- sinks after a bit, but not terrible. Had fun playing games and watching TV. "We booked this to be close to the rural venue of a family wedding. There were 8 of us, including the groom, and we all absolutely loved this house. It feels bigger on the inside than in looks from the outside, the rooms are so spacious and airy, lots of windows and sunlight. "My wife and I had our kids and grandkids stay for 4 days. (total of 17) This location had a great swiming area for kids with sand and slide into the water, lots of outside space to play and a beautiful setting. We went to Williamsport for a baseball game (30 minutes) and a frisebee golf course 5 minutes away. It was a little tight in the house and there wasn't a place we could all eat together but we knew this going into the week."

"This is not a luxury hotel - but this is a great property for getting away from it all with enough room for an extended family! The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Each room has its own window AC and several rooms have their own bathroom. The Dining Room/Sunroom/Living Room layout is great for large groups - we even moved tables around and fit our whole family (20 people) at one long table one night! Don't worry about packing linens and towels (except maybe a beach towel) as that is all taken...
