"Lily is an amazing front desk clerk. Friendly, personable, kind, and seems to care for those checking in. Good breakfast with a clean area to prepare / serve up your choices of a variety of foods. Pot holes in parking lot should be addressed and repaired before they swallow up a car. Management was friendly and easy to talk to. Check out clerk was nice....property was well lighted at night as we came back to our room from a day visiting family in the area. Enjoyable stay, we will be back...

"The hotel is about what you'd expect of a comfort inn and suites. It looks like the hotel has been updated in the past 5 years or so, but to a comfort inn standard. The bathtub could have used a bit more of a clean, but otherwise the room was fine. Walls are paper thin so expect to hear your neighbours and people walking up the hallway. Continental breakfast was excellent. "

"Reasonable accommodations near Binghamton University. The TV was difficult to operate with the remote and I almost didn't find the lift rod for the sink stopper, allowing water to fill the sink."
