"We would definitely go back, it was an overall fantastic experience! Pros: the beauty of the surroundings cannot be overstated. 360-degree view of heaven-on-earth. Absolutely unbelievable. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help, wine is great (made there, €7/bottle), restaurant is good. Con: beds are old, thin (not very comfortable)."

"We needed a place to stay in or near Vinci for the night before our 3 week stay in a nearby villa began. Il Piastrino looked lovely and was VERY well priced. And it was exceptionally nice—from the spacious, charming rooms (surprise—we had a kitchen), the delicious breakfast, to the warm and welcoming staff. We arrived very late toward the end of a busy pris fixe am fresco dinner service but we were settled in and set at ease. And yes, we returned a few days later for the al fresco dining. Wow....

"Adorable property ( wish we could have stayed longer). Situated in gorgeous hills, quiet place. You really need a car or transportation to get here however. Out room was located on level one no elevator so up one flight of stairs. There is a washer and dryer available however they are more for staff use so you may need to wait a bit to use them. Breakfast was available for about 13 euro per person and to us it was well worth it. The restaurant where breakfast is served is upstairs so anyone...

"We change appartment to Primavera Fattoria in the other end of Varna. It was a great appartment and area. Can recomend it. If you are more than one family to stay this house is great. Many appartmants in the same house. It is rural so no traffic and the poolarea is surraounded by a fence."

"My mum and I did a girls trip here and we LOVED our stay! Just the kind of quite wind-down that we needed after the hustle and bustle of Venice and Florence. This hotel is GORGEOUS!! The food at the restraurant was superb and the pool divine on the hot Tuscan days! Easy to get to and a quick 30mins from Florence made it a wonderful choice. We both can't wait to be back!! "This was a relaxing 7 day stay in the Tuscan countryside after touring Venice, Verona, Lake Como, Milan, and Cinque Terre. Since it was mid-October our party of 4 (in 2 apartments) had the place to ourselves. Our host Ilaria was most gracious and helpful in giving suggestions re restaurants, markets to visit, train rides. The apartments were updated country homes that were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Since these are older homes, they tended to be dark inside. Otherwise the view of the...

"Quietly wonderful place in the heart of the Tuscan, very polite owners, a wonderful swimming pool"

"Das Apartment ist eines von etwa 5 Apartments auf dem Gelände. Das Gelände ist weitläufig, sodass wir die anderen Parteien nicht bemerkt haben. Zudem hatten wir eine private Terasse mit schöner Aussicht. Das Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangsort um mit dem Auto die Toskana zu erkunden. An die letzten ~2km Auffahrt auf Schotter gewöhnt man sich schnell. Der nahegelegene Ort bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment selbst war grundsätzlich sauber, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

"Perfect location for a home base and day trips to Florence, San Gimignano (our favorite), Cinque Terre, and Siena. The local area is fantastic and we plan to come back and just stay locally. Restaurants were easy to get to and perfecto! The apartment is beautiful with great view of the vineyard and a steady breeze the whole time. Would highly recommend!"

"Nous avions loué pour 6 nuits nous sommes partis au bout de 3 . Le ménage n était pas fait, les sanitaires ignobles( la lunette des toilettes cassée )et après on ose demander plus de 50 euros pour le ménage. Pas de chauffage( des pieces à une température de 14°C)a part dans un seul logement déjà occupé. Quand nous avons demandé du chauffage on nous a apporté un petit chauffage d appoint. Toujours mécontent car il faisait toujours aussi froid la propriétaire nous a dit de trouver un autre...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche. Wer mal so richtig Abschalten will ist hier genau richtig. Die Anlage ist auf einem kleinen Berg gelegen, daher hat man eine unfassbar schöne Aussicht auf die Landschaft der Toskana."
