"Loved the location and the room was nice, but parking was difficult. The only garage we could find that allowed overnight parking was the one the hotel has a deal with across the street. But the info about this was not forthcoming. It was also a noisy location for trying to sleep. With a noise machine it worked. "

"The one bedroom apartment was perfect for me and my teenager. The kitchen had the pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware/etc that we needed. The apartment was spacious for us. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough, but the sofa in the family room needs to be replaced. It has obvious signs of wear and made noise whenever you sat down, stood up, etc. The fitness room is great, and the pool amazing. I wish the property had let us know that the hot tub was out of order, but I suppose that...

One of the major concerns was the lack of breakfast, which we expected to be at least partially compensated with some tea and coffee, but unfortunately, even these basic amenities were not provided. "The property was clean new and no issues, beds were comfortable, the cons were there was no toaster, no big pot to make a family pasta dinner, just small pots, only 5 keurigs of coffee that didn’t even give my husband and I two cups a piece, and I didn’t really like that we only had one towel and facecloth per person, so we had to reuse everything the next night. And there is a little cement patio in back but no chairs, just a thought! The owners did give us an hour late check out at 11 without...

"We loved our stay and the central / gated location was perfect! The view from all of the rooms balconies face the water to enjoy the sunset and it’s small enough to feel very private. Loved the bar restaurant, The Black Siren, next door! The service, food and drinks were perfect! Yes, it a bit dated but we knew that and it added to the fishing village vibe. We would definitely stay again! "

"Starting off with the pros - this is in a great location, area is nice and safe. Staff was nice as well. Apartment covers all the neccessities you might need. They could improve some things - the couch for example, is a sofa bed but super uncomfortable, Its very hard, had to buy an inflatable bed to sleep on... Also, the kitchen could use some improvements, dish water doesnt work, limited utensils, etc. but overall, for the price and location, cant complain about much else. We enjoyed our stay!!...

"While working in Homestead my hotel was paid by my employer. I had to cover the weekends !nd since it was 14 hours of driving to get home I found a much expensive place to stay with a much better view at Mark's bot in Key Largo "

Personally, I am of the persuasion that it behooves all humans to read the " fine print" I mentioned this because Mark does a phenomenal job regarding his disclosure on what to expect. "Very nice hotel, quiet, but with a nice restaurant for breakfast and a good bar to watch the superbowl. Everyone was very accommodating. Only downside, not liable to the hotel, were all the construction works around that made Uber drivers to circle around causing delays."
