"First and foremost is the owner and property manager were absolutely wonderful. The best communication I've ever had at a rental. House is stunning, and the views are breath taking. Literally everything was perfect, and we will be back, and we will absolutely stay at this house again. It's the only place I would stay in the Florida Keys. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. FABULOUS! "

"We have stayed in this building previously because we visit family on KB, and it is a great location with all the amenities. So easy to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Will stay again! One suggestion, have beach towels or tell people they need to bring them."

"We loved this place. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Right on the water. Saw 3 manatees and a bunch of fish. Went kayacking right from the place. Bonus fridge outside, nice deck area with dock. Mu husband spent many hours on the dock watching fish. Great drive to Key West, spent 2 days there. "

"Such a wonderful experience! Beautiful back yard and pool area!! We spent a lot of time under the Tiki hut and the kids loved the pool! House was clean and spacious for our entire family to have their own space. Andrew was a great host and responded quickly even being out of the country. Highly recommended this beautiful place!"

"a nice home, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood. LOVED that the neighborhood has three or four local policemen who reside in the community and they park their police cars at their homes when off duty - makes one feel VERY secure."

"We’ve been coming here for six years. Feels like home. The Ritz is closing 5/25-12/25 for major renovations. I hope they keep the comfortable, family friendly, attentive feel and don’t go ultra-modern and impersonal/cold. This unit was nice because it overlooks Biscayne Bay which we prefer because you can see the sailboats and sunset and isn’t subject to noise when events are held outside on the ocean side. "
