We had a nice stay. The property is finishing up renovations. Terra was very helpful when we checked in. We stayed in suite with a kitchenette. No utensils or supplies. Very nice rooms. Would love to see the place when finished.

The front desk staff was super kind. The first room I stayed in had no hot water. As I was taking a cold shower the sink in the bathroom overflowed. They quickly escorted me and my dog to another room. Sub par breakfast. 5/10

Completely updated rooms. Everything was new. A few quirky issues due to just being updated was the hair dryers were not yet put in the room, along with the microwave, refrigerator and pillow cases.

Was told on arrival that the property had been completely remodeled and was just beginning to open. They should have waited another week until they were ready. Elevator and ice machine didn’t work. Refrigerators and microwaves for rooms hadn’t been delivered yet. AC wasn’t strong enough to cool room fully. TV kept freezing. Breakfast was limited because they hadn’t gotten things yet. Construction dust and debris in halls and room. That said, if they clean up and get things functioning it could be nice. Room was spacious

Checkin took over 20min, room was incomplete. No where to hang up clothes, bathtub had a hole in it. A/c unit was not hooked up. Had to turn on the valves underneath the sink to get any water. Noisy cleaning in the morning at 7am.

Where do I start. Charged $300 a night. Completely miss representing the place and especially the room. Got to place which is under construction which I wasn’t aware of. Got to my room which was semi decorated. Closet was a shell with no hanger bar, tried to turn tv on an couldn’t, staff came and said I had to keep the bright led hall light on for it to work which was great at night to keep it nice and bright while trying to sleep, or let’s don’t forget I was here for work, no refrigerator as they stated there was to put my food in, no microwave as they stated there was to heat my dinner up, thought well I guess I’ll grab some ice to keep my drinks cold, ha who was I kidding, no ice in their ice maker. Had a k-cup coffee maker that had no place to plug it in to so there’s that. Staffing there was no one but a 18ish year old young man who could really careless. Got ready to take a shower and while in there saw men’s black boot prints, hummm looks like someone forget to clean the bathroom, nice. If you are looking for a place to just lay your head then this might be your place. If you are expecting breakfast, a refrigerator, microwave, lights to turn off at night and still be able to still watch tv, a cleaned room, ice, an most importantly great customer service and feeling like you matter keep searching because this isn’t your place. KEEP SEARCHING. HORRIBLE!!!!!
