We will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This apartment is located in a 3 unit apartment building. The entrance and patio area of this apartment is completely private from the apartment units.

This is our guest house located at our home. We live in the house right next door! Guests have full access to the apartment and private patio area. We strategically designed the space to allow guests optimal privacy, however, we are always available and happy to say hi or help with anything you need throughout your stay!

This modern apartment is newly renovated, designed with contemporary furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, soft rugs, and a plush mattress for optimal sleep. Whether you are celebrating something special like a birthday or anniversary, or just need to escape, this is the perfect getaway for two.

The home is located less than 5 minutes away from the local major highways. The Harrisburg International Airport is a 15 minute drive and the Elizabethtown Amtrak is a 10 minute drive away. Uber services are available in the area. Hershey is a 10-15 minute drive away, Harrisburg and Lancaster are about 20-25 minutes away.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification via Truvi.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
***Guests who book through Airbnb are screened and protected through Airbnb and will not complete additional independent screening, but will still be asked to sign our rental agreement.

This is the perfect stay for 2 adults, however the space is not suitable for children.

There is a surveillance camera on the exterior of the property facing the driveway for security reasons only and to ensure guest safety. There are no security cameras located in the private courtyard area or inside the apartment.

HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur penalty charges .
- No pets.
- This space is not suitable for children 12 and under.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We must be respectful of our our neighbors including those living in the apartment building.
- Please keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub when not in use.
