The hotel is filthy and needs new carpet, new paint, new bedding, towels, sheets and an overall upgrade. The shower curtain in our room was ripped in multiple areas, our towels were thin and stained. We asked for an extra blanket and it was shredded on the corners. The comforter was old and stained. The breakfast is okay, the front desk staff was nice, the bathroom had good light. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was dirty, especially carpets and walls. Also, late at night, water started pouring from the ceiling of my bathroom and flooding the area. Customer service was very minimal, although I was given a new room after being asked how quickly I could pack up my things to move. I did not receive any kind of discount on the stay or even an apology! No chance I will be back, there are lots of other hotels in the area to choose from.

The mattresses were in good condition and the bathroom counter is hard surface. Otherwise, most everything in our room was dated. The bedside table drawer was unusable. The shower spray wasn't much! It is impossible to keep the shower curtain closed but with minimal shower spray, it didn't much matter! Most of the breakfast food is packaged. The only hot option was breakfast sandwiches you put in the microwave. Since we stayed four days, the lack of variety for breakfast was an issue.

Very disappointing. The guy at the front desk was very rude. He sent us to a room that was different than what I chose on-line. We switched rooms and the new room was filthy and the facility was very run down. We checked out and did not stay. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
