"We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. "This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided. "
