"First of all, this is an old and very historic hotel. Do not expect all mod-cons! That said, staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to please. Our room was large and overlooked the Corniche so was noisy until about 2am (as expected!) but compensated for by the view, the proximity to old downtown, amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. Monty’s bar very “old English” with live music after 9pm. Good food and drinks, attentive staff. But it’s smoking - and Egyptian cigarette...

"The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. "Firstly, I want to thank, Nafine, Mr. Mohammed.. Thank you for the quick check-in. I am very impressed with this hotel, that's the reason I keep coming back! I would highly recommend this hotel for first and foremost safety and the dining especially the lounge on the first floor that lounge is better than VIP lounges I've come across, a nice quiet getaway.. The staff are absolutely great, the food is brilliant excellent location. And a beautiful Mosque beside the hotel, it's fascinating to see the work of this mosque, really impressive! The Gym is another bonus. Hygiene is up to date..! Great environment especially for business trips and families! I would definitely come back.. Without doubt. Thank you staff for making my trip more awesome. I would give this hotel a 5 star "

Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel Since 1906 by Paradise Inn Group

"The staff were lovely. We were welcomed with a drink and sweet snack while we were waiting to check in. We arrived very early, but they accommodated us by giving us a main floor room - which was lovely, but quite noisy from traffic, until check in time when we were given a fabulous room on the 5th floor. It’s an old hotel with lots of character. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The breakfast and light dinner options were great and the meals in the cafe were very good - service was a little slow - the violinist was exceptional. I would stay here again. "
