"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"We stayed here for two nights before our flight home. Was a nice location to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The beds were very comfortable. "

"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"Initially we were a bit surprised at the rural farm setting. However, it was a very "genuine" home and the host was amazing!! Provided us with a fantastic breakfast and we had coffee and tea ready to go in the morning. The bathroom and shower are iutside in another building but extremely clean. One of our favorite places in Switzerland. People are everything and the hosts were the best!!"

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. "Ameron has great location and it's very close to the train station and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room includes good breakfast with big variety. However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. The bathtub drain in one of the rooms (#523) didn't work and the on/off switch for the shower was broken. 2) The sensor of the hotel had problem on the night of New Year's Eve and the alarm went off 5 times at midnight which was...
