Well stocked, well unfurnished, beds are super comfy! Our house is perfect for a large family. Master upstairs and everyone else downstairs! Second living room downstairs for all the kids.

Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-story home nestled on the stunning shores of Lake Martin. Located just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like Chimney Rock and Goat Island, our lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully furnished space that has been thoughtfully updated to provide a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. The main level features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath.

The master suite, located on the main level, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area w/ a 60” connected tv, ideal for the kids to have their own space to relax and play.

The remaining three bedrooms on the lower level offer a variety of sleeping arrangements. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with double beds, perfect for the little ones or extra guests. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, new plush mattresses and new fresh bedding as well as new towels for all bathrooms.

Our home's prime location on Lake Martin is a great place to escape. With a boat slip, as well as ample room for personal watercraft, you'll have easy access to the sparkling clear waters right from your doorstep. Feel free to bring your boat trailer, we provide convenient storage for it.

When you're ready to explore the area, take a short boat ride to nearby Kowaliga restaurant, Chucks, or The Landing, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and soak in the vibrant lake atmosphere.

For a change of scenery, just steps away from our home, you'll find a community pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. our property is located in a wonderful neighborhood with great renters and residence.

Amazing vacation home for families
Excellent home with everything needed for a family to enjoy quality time together. Host was super helpful with providing details on the area to plan the weekend. We rented a pontoon which we kept at the private dock. It was very convenient and we left with a ton of happy memories. My son was on military weekend pass and kitchen gave me everything I needed to make him his favorite home cooked meals. We’ll be back for sure!

Great location on Kowaliga Bay!
We LOVED our stay, and can't wait to return. The decor is so well done, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for larger families or groups. I loved that there are two living rooms, one upstairs and on downstairs, in case you had adults wanting to watch tv in one room and kids in the other. The location can't be beat...so close to restaurants both on and off the lake.

Family Trip
We had a wonderful Family trip! The host was great at responding to messages and answering any questions we had. The house is not far from restaurants and grocery stores. We had plenty of room for my family! We did bring our boat and had a storage place for our trailer. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lake Martin Gem
This property was the best home rental property that I have ever stayed at. My group felt right at home. There is great lake access and a boat slip for tying up my boat. When not on the water, we had numerous areas in the house to relax in, with the upper back deck being our favorite spot. All of the beds were very comfortable. The property owner was very easy to deal with. Hopefully this home will be available during our next vacation to Lake Martin.

Long weekend Getaway
My family really enjoyed this beautiful home located directly on Lake Martin! With a family of 7, we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The beds were super comfy. You can’t beat the amazing outdoor space and the view of the lake and the community pool. We also enjoyed making lattes and expressos each morning! This property is close by to some really pretty hiking trails that I would definitely recommend. Thank you to David for being so responsive to my questions about this property. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was right outside the backdoor. The boat slip was perfect for our rental pontoon boat. I recommend Russell marine for boat rental. The master bedroom is upstairs on main level. The other bedrooms are downstairs and were perfect for the kids and other adults. The host was quick to answer my questions. Excellent!
