"We stayed here for 2 nights as a closer and cost efficient alternative to Hakone. The staffs were accomodating, and the room size is relatively large for Japanese hotel standard. During our stay, they also provide complimentary breakfast which made our stay very memorable. Location is very strategic to the train station, making our next part of journey to be easier. Highly recommended !"

"I recently stayed at Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport with my family for my daughter quinceañera trip and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. It is very close to the train station, about a 2-minute walk. Also with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"It's located above a rail station so that makes it super easy to travel. Not too busy or noisy. The laundry facilities could use an upgrade but that's about It. Nothing too fancy or out of place. The buffet thing could use a revision or maybe not offer it at all given the cost and selections. "

"The property is connected to a shopping center and the train station. Property is right next to the Yokohama Clock ferris wheel and theme park. Hotel is also a short walk to the Cup of Noodle Museum "
