"Would not stay here again although Alex,Who met us tried his best. No water in bathroom taps somebody had turned off my husband had to fix, plus no hot water we had to sort boiler out. The washing machine did not work but Alex did take our laundry to another apartment. No iron, ironing board or safe as specified. Shower in one bathroom needs attention runs all the time. "Love this hotel, have stayed there many times over the years. It's clean, comfortable and rooms are well equipped. It offers excellent value for money. Our only criticisms are the very loud dining hall. You could almost do with ear plugs when its' full with everyone shouting. "The hotel has a very interesting architectural design which makes it bright and feel spacious. The staff were very helpful. Even though there were not many people staying at the hotel ( October) the bar stayed open until late and the barman was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that the shower was not brilliant and some woodwork around the doors in the room was rotten. Breakfast was brilliant. Large buffet with lots of choice in a bright, light room overlooking the pool....
