「This worked out great for us. We were in town for dance competition and we weren’t far from the dance competition which was very convenient. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable.」

「Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!」

「The property was great. A very quiet neighborhood and so clean. Well stocked so we could make a couple meals. And so thoughtful of the owners to give us a discount at their pizza place for dinner before the Lindsey Stirling concert. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.」

「Awesome place to stay, INTRUST is just across the street! There’s a fun bar and sandwich shop at the end of the block and Old Towne is very close with all sorts of shops and places to eat. The space is beautifully decorated, comfy bed and living area. Will definitely book again for our next event at INTRUST!」

「This is a second-level corner apartment, newly renovated, new appliances. My little family celebrated Thanksgiving there with a full oven for turkey. All cookware was there. It was a convenient place to provide my college student some time away from her dorm. 」

「It was my wife’s birthday weekend. We had a great time! Everything was within a 5 to 10 minute drive, it was amazing there’s much to do. Check out cocoa dulce!! Randy and Kim you guys were amazing host. Thank you so much for the great weekend.」

「It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.」

「Very disappointing. No hot water in the bathroom or kitchen, no bedding for the futon bed, no coffee cups, very limited simple kitchen item. The elevator entrance was located in a extremely dark parking lot.」
