"All I can say is WOW! Frank and Linda are absolutely great folks and the view from the back porch was beautiful! Linda was so thoughtful and had baked muffins, cookies, and an anniversary package for us! Btw her baking skills are level 10! I very much enjoyed visiting with Frank at our check in. The proposer was PEACEFUL exactly what we were looking for. We will 100% be making a return visit to this gem in east texas. "

"We came to relax, read, walk, & spend quiet time together. The inclusive front & side deck is great! No steps headed to back of property. It was very easy to walk around the cabin & the back property was cleared way back into the neighboring trees. The available books & puzzles were a great selection. Our two dogs loved roaming & walking the paved streets. Very quiet area. Neighbors extremely friendly. We also enjoyed music with Alexa."

"We LOVED this cabin! So peaceful & comfy! Everything you need .. plenty of linens & I think it’s hard to pick which was more fun … sitting on the back deck each morning or taking showers in that awesome shower! 😂 The drive from the I-20 is spectacular! Passing perfect little farms & seeing the horses grazing in their pastures … makes me so envious of these owners. Will we visit again … Absolutely!!!!! "

"Everything went perfectly. Property was clean and as advertised. Quick drive to Caddo Lake State Park and other points along the lake. It’s a pretty remote area, so it’s a bit of a drive to stores and restaurants though I did frequent a bait shop that doubles as a cafe along highway 43. 3F is the name, I believe. Details on local treasures available in the notebook in the cabin. Highly recommend this property. "

"My family adored our stay on this lovely, serene property. We spent a lot of time at the creek. My kids loved being able to pet the goats and see the chickens. It was very peaceful and restful. We made a fire in the fire pit each night and told stories. It was easy to cook on the little cook stove. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Very thoughtfully set up cabin. The hostess is always available if needed. We loved it. "
