Everything is included, rooms are air conditioned, there's saunas and pools for all preferences, free bikes and yoga and other activities, biking and hiking routes galore, excellent food and service, and the friendliest most helpful staff you'll ever find. "This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended."

"The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!"
