The sunny wide open ML lives like a Great Room with a generously sized LR, DR has a wet bar, and fully Kitchen with a breakfast bar. Completing the first floor is a full bath that includes a washer/dryer. 3 BRs on the upper level. Two of the BRs have sliders to an enclosed Sunroom w/water views & watching the sunset.
