"Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars."

"The family enjoyed their stay in Wareham. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The parking pass to Little Harbor Beach was great as was the beach. The water was warm and the waves were mild.
