"Very nice, but I arrived just before the Christmas when the family who owns it were leaving, They were only too kind to accomodate me, but food/drink was a challenge. No kettle or coffeemaker was accessible to me through the evening. All food service was closed. I'm sure this normály isn't an issue. Word to the wise, they are much more accustomed to dealing with bookings through booking.com than expedia. "

"If you like places out in the sticks like me, this is for you. It is basically 3 miles from Hradec Kralove station at the edge of a village pretty much in farmland. The room was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, especially the scambled eggs, and the staff were friendly. Being out of season the place was pretty much empty."

"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. The house is newly renovated and look good. The beds was not so comfortable though with a slack in the middle. "It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. The only thing you might want is your own pillow. The building is old and kinda smells old. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. "

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."
