"Big big warning! What according to my booking should have been a two room apartment with private bathroom, twin bed in bedroom and twin bedsofa in living room turned out to be: two beedrooms in a three bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Sliding doors with no locks to the rooms! When complained we we’re offered a private studio with inflatable beds on the floor!!! We ended up in San Antonio at own expences, and got no refund at all!!! Please, stay away from this scam!"

"The stay was amazing. Avery at the front desk was awesome and your valet service is also outstanding!!However, one thing I would change is going back to the complimentary coffee perk allowed at the Blue Lacy. This is so much nicer than the mediocre pots that are in the hotel rooms. The pots are a joke!! The coffee is much better at the restaurant and the food is awesome!! This is also better for your staff to be able to earn their tips and make a living."

"Very nice place although check-in/out is a little awkward. Kitchen has bare minimun with small coffee pot and only two small pre-measured coffee packets. We always travel with our coffee but there were no filters for using our own coffee. Paper towels worked okay. Water pressure was good but showerhead ended up being a stream. I'd stay there again."

"The property was amazing with all the amenities at our disposal. The camper we stayed in was prestige and very clean. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the on/off switches inside the unit were in a panel of switch choices and were not intuitive and in very small font that was difficult to read. Was in close proximity to our concert event at COTA and was favorable over trying to think about styaing in downtown Austin."
